Best place to rent a storage hands down! Jennifer is the best she is sweet and will give you the best storage experience you’ll ever have !!

I have had a unit at A-Cool for over 15 years and am always impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the attitude of Jennifer. She always waves to me entering and exiting and talks when she doesn't have a customer. I have used other storage facilities in the past but this one has been the absolute best- hence why I have been here so long.

This for the one bathroom that I found. It needs to cleaned. The bowl is stained as is the seat. The sink, the floor and walls, the entire room need to be cleaned and sanitized.

The staff is awsome ,they will answers any questions you may have ...the Facilit is always clean and free of bugs .....it has great security !!!

Management is always so friendly and helpful! I've had a storage at A-Cool Self Storage for a couple years now and never had any problems! Recently added another storage and now have 2 units. 100% recommend!

Securing a storage unit at A-Cool Self Storage was simple, efficient, and affordable. The facility is well kept and easy to get to. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. I also love the added security of gated access and video surveillance around the buildings. Definitely recommend this facility for storing your household items!

I have been with this facility number of years. The people that run this place are very friendly and helpful. I really like the many options one has to pay your monthly bill. I just wish it was closer to my place of residence and the price for outside units cheaper since I'm not using the climate control or electricity.

The location is convenient, at Demetropolis Rd. just a few hundred yards from Highway 90. We rent a unit in the climate controlled space, which is clean, spacious, and well lit. The woman who manages A-Cool is helpful and always friendly. This has been a very positive experience for me and my wife.

I have 2 units with A Cool Storage. I’ve had 1 unit for approx. 15 yrs and the other for 4 yrs. When my daughter returned to Mobile during Covid, I was able to get her a unit as well. I love Jennifer and Carolyn and always enjoy visiting with them. They have always been very helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. A Cool’s location is very convenient for me. I highly recommend storing your belongings there.

Great storage unit. Everyone in the front office is very nice and helpful! Only downside is it's not 24 hour access, which still increases safety.

This is the second time I have rented a unit from A-Cool (maybe even the third). I don't even think of any of the other places when I need storage. The staff has always been extremely helpful, the facility is clean and everything seems very secure.

They take the time to care about their customers an each of their individual needs.... And I feel this is a very important part of where u want to be as a customer. I will never rent from any other place from here on if or when I may need a storage unit.... This place is jus the BOMB, and I speak this from my heart & soul!!! Great climate controlled storage..

Jennifer really helped us out. Even though we got there 5 min till close. I had reserved a storage unit online. It was actually too small for what we needed. My mistake. She upgraded us and we just had to pay the difference. It was well after closing time we were in a time crunch ourselves. Highly recommend A cool self-storage. Phone number is there to call if you have any after-hours issues.

The front doors being damaged and out of service sure was inconvenient. The place looked very clean otherwise.
